Controlled microdermabrasion is a modern technique designed, with the help of a gentle, mechanical peeling process, to improve the skin's regenerative capabilities and better control specific skin conditions.

The crystals are applied to the skin with a special hand piece which allows the controlled and gentle removal of the dead cells from the stratium cornem of the epidermis.
