Swedish Massage
This is a deeply relaxing, gentle massage. Oil, lotion or cream
is used directly on the skin. It uses long, light strokes, deep
kneading, small friction type motions, light tapping and gentle
movements of the joints. Swedish massage aides circulation, relaxation,
relief from sore, tired muscles and stress.
Deep Tissue Massage
Consisting of neuromuscular (trigger point) and connective tissue
massage. This is used in conjunction with Swedish massage. This
type of massage work is directed at specific and deeper muscles
and tissue. This is very effective for chronic muscle pain, stiffness,
injury repair, headaches and a variety of other conditions.
Hot Stone Massage
This is a deeply relaxing and penetrating massage. Various size
stones, heated to a comfortable temperature, are placed on various
areas of the body as well as used to massage in a Swedish-type motion
to thoroughly relax the body and mind.
Heated stones may be added as an enhancement to your regular massage
session for just $10 extra.
